-Added Manosque, with ability to load in a field

-Added company ENCO at Nîmes and Manosque
The map adds, between Limoges and Clermont-Ferrand, two new cities, and five new “places”:
-towns: Aurillac and Saint Victor la Rivière
-“places”: Chaptelat, Lempdes, Létrade, Loubressac and Saint-Léons.

-Added Bourg en Bresse, and Renault factory
-Added Villars les Dombes, and Minutie, interiors for trucks.
